  • Upon receipt of an offer or offers, I assist with explaining any merits or weaknesses I see as well as talk with the submitting buyers agent and lender to obtain any addtl information I can regarding the full picture.
  • I negotiate on your behalf both during the offer process as well as should there be any repair requests from and during the Buyer’s inspection window.
  • I provide state required disclosures for your completion and present them to the Buyer’s agent on your behalf.
  • Through the sale process, I not only work with you, but keep in close contact with the Buyers agent, Lender, and Title Company to make sure the process moves along in a timely manner all while guiding you through the process with advice, timelines, steps of making sure your responsibilities are taken care of both on time and in compliance with state regulations, assist with answering all questions you may have and help to set any necessary appts through to closing.
  • Post closing, I provide an access link to you, with copies of all the documents you signed throughout the sale process, in one simple place, for your records. You will have enough going on while packing and moving, you can leave the paperwork to me! 🙂
